SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer free shipping on order above Rs 700. Deliveries may be delayed due to disruptions caused by COVID-19. We are now delivering to all zones, as per government protocols. Final delivery depends on shipping location.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We ask that all returned items be returned in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept worn or damaged items. If a worn or damaged item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you. Our courier partners will contact you within 1-2 days after you raise a return request to pick up the order. CANCELLATION POLICY
In case you wish to cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, kindly send a request to suno@thekalastudio.in or call our phone number +91-7499413019 For pre-paid order cancellations, before shipping the order will be refunded immediately. However, if a pre-paid order has been shipped, please wait for it to return to our warehouse for the refund to take place.
